This privacy policy (“Policy”) is posted by Survey Fieldwork (“we,” “us,” or “SFW”), and governs uses of SFW’s main website, located at surveyfieldwork.com and including all individual pages or links under that domain (the “Site”). This Policy also governs our collection and use of personal information via the Site or other communications or survey research under the SFW or “Survey Surfing” brand names. Notice to Survey Respondents

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in a survey or other market research program is completely voluntary, and that SFW’s use of your personal information is carried out with your consent. SFW may collect personal information directly from you when you voluntarily provide it to SFW, or SFW may obtain personal information from unrelated parties we collaborate with, including third-party panels who have obtained your consent.

SFW serves as a platform for panelists who originate from third-party panels with the purpose of sharing consumer opinions and data with SFW’s clients. SFW conforms its privacy and security practices to California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration or court trial, whether before a judge or jury or pursuant to judicial reference, related to any claim under this Policy will take place on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class or representative action (“Class Action Waiver”). THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES ANY PARTY FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING A CLAIM UNDER THIS POLICY. Regardless of anything else herein, the validity and effect of the Class Action Waiver may be determined only by a court and not by an arbitrator.

Sharing with Third Parties, Onward Transfer

SFW shall remain liable under the Privacy Shield Principle of Accountability for Onward Transfer if its sub-processors process your personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
