Your W-9 is needed to report payments of $600 or more to the IRS on Form 1099-Misc or 1099-NEC.
The amount listed on your 1099 form will be the total amount of rewards you received from all your SurveyFieldWork panel memberships this year.
We'll mail your 1099 Form in late January or early February of the following year.
