How do I join the community?
You can join the community by creating an account with Survey FieldWork.
Follow the below steps to create an account:
- Open the page http://surveyfieldwork.com/app/ in your browser.
- Click Join.
- Click Create Profile.
- Enter all the required credentials on the Create an account page.
Note: You can also log in using your Google ID or Facebook ID.
- Click Create an account. A verification email is sent to the provided email ID.
- Confirm by clicking the link you have received. Your account is ready to use.
- Login again after verifying the email ID. The first page that opens is to complete your profile.
- Once you select the options, the Available Surveys page opens. These surveys are listed based on your profile. This list is updated regularly and you are notified about a new survey through email as well.
Where can I take up the survey?
Click the Surveys tab on the top of the page. The Available Surveys page opens. These surveys are listed based on your profile. This list is updated regularly and you are notified about a new survey through email as well.
Who can participate in your surveys?
The surveys are specific to countries; the surveys taken in a country are specific to that country and the country is a part of the profile.
Anyone who is above 18 years can take the survey. However, the survey is sent to respective members based on their profile.
How many languages does your website support?
Mostly surveys are taken in English or a native foreign language where English is not present. However, the language is also part of the profile.
As of now we support 6 languages including English, French, Korean, and Chinese.
Can I edit my account details once created?
Yes, you can. Once you log in to your ID, on the top right of the home page, click the drop-down. Click Profile.
Can I delete my profile?
No, you cannot delete the profile once created.
Is it possible to unsubscribe from Survey FieldWork or what if I am not interested in taking surveys any more?
Yes, you can. There is an option to unsubscribe in the emails you receive about surveys. Once you confirm, your subscription is canceled.
Reward Points
What are reward points?
Your feedback and insights are highly valued, and we, therefore, reward your activity by giving you points for each survey that you complete.
How do I earn reward points?
Every time you complete a survey, you get reward points credited to your account.
How can I redeem my reward points?
Once you have accumulated enough points you can exchange them for gift cards, and other rewards, depending on which rewards are available (as per your account) in your country.
What are the things I can use my reward points for?
You can avail gift cards from Amazon, Flipkart, Lifestyle, PVR, Shoppers Stop, and Uber.
If I have not received my rewards points after completing the survey, whom do I connect with?
On completion of the survey you will get a successful completion mail and notification. Then the reward points will be added to your account. With notification of completion if your account is not credited with a reward point please send an email to [email protected].
When do my reward points expire?
There is no expiry for the accumulated reward points.
Is there a limit on redeeming the reward points?
You need to maintain a minimum balance of 200 points, anything above that can be redeemed
When can I redeem the reward points?
You can redeem points any time after accumulating a minimum of 500 points. You have to keep 200 balance points.
Is there a limit on earning reward points?
There is no limit on earning points.
Redemption Information
What kind of products are available to redeem my reward points?
We have gift cards from Amazon, Flipkart, Lifestyle, PVR, Shoppers Stop, and Uber. This depends on the country you are from.
How long will it take to get the gift?
Add the desired gift card and check out, enter your details, then it goes for approval. Once the gift card is approved, you are notified through email and the card is available in your inbox.
Can I cancel my redemption order?
No, once the order is placed it cannot be canceled.
Can I check my reward history?
Yes, you can. On the top right of any page, click the drop-down next to your profile name. Select Reward History.
